It is a pact between the College and the student who obtains the scholarship without the accomodation, where is expressed the student’s commitment to participate in educational activities and to maintain a regular course of study.
We do not allow visits before admission. At the page Struttura you can see the main areas of the college, including two bedrooms, one in the female dorm (bedrooms with private bathroom) and one in the male dorm (bedrooms with shared bathroom). You cannot choose your room, but it will be assigned by the Head of the College.
Along with the Housing contract, each student in the College, as per D.M. 673 of 08/09/2016, art. 4, 1.V, must sign their own Personal Education Project, where they will find all the activities – organized by the College “Villa Nazareth” – that each student will attend during the academic year. At the end of their stay in the College, the student is given a College Diploma that certifies all the attended activities and the non-formal skills acquired (as per art. 5, subsection 3, letter f, law 240/2010).
The relation between the University College “Villa Nazareth” and each student depends on a document called “Contratto di Ospitalità e Progetto formativo personalizzato” (Housing Contract and Personal Education Project), according to article 13 subsection 5 of the D. L. 68/2012 of the Italian Ministry of University and Research. Together with the notice of admission, each student will receive via email the housing contract, to be signed along with the acceptance of the scholarship with accomodation. In the contract, there are all the rules of communal living in the college and rules for keeping the scholarship (in particular, maintain a good academic average, attend the educational activities proposed by the College and active participation to all services of communal living).
